Above and Beyond Rentals

Comfortable 2 bedroom home + studio in back – Only Minutes away from Historic Old Bisbee’s Downtown Area.

BisbeeRental.Com  boasts a quaint, two bed-roomed, restored miner’s house located, uniquely, at street level, as well as a fully equipped little red house studio in back.

The houses sit on a unique lot that has a quiet and incredibly private patio, situated between the two houses.

The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with birds chriping in the background. No noise and no walkers-by.

Walking distance to the downtown area.  Three restaurants about 6 minutes walking.

Front House

The decor of the Front House is eclectic, colorful and extremely functional. It features a large living room with a full-size convertible sofa bed, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped, working kitchen,  a spacious bathroom with a tub that has a shower and a bonus laundry room.

Our guests love

  • the comfortable queen-sized beds,
  • spacious living area,
  • hard wood floors,
  • sound deadening, double paned windows,
  • effective heating and air conditioning unit,
  • lots of closet space throughout and
  • convenient laundry facility.

They also enjoy having the convenience of parking right outside the front door.

There’s a television with DVD player and a collection of lots of movies available for downtime.

Cable TV and WIFI.

No local telephone. Verizon and Sprint cell services are most reliable in this area.

Often guests will laze on the front porch and watch the people and their dogs walk by.

The Front House accepts most well-behaved and house broken dogs.

Little Red House Studio

Behind the Front House, up a short flight of stairs, you’ll find our Little Red House.

This is a cute, adorable studio with a private locked entrance. It has a comfortable queen-size bed.

There is a newly upgraded full bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave & coffee maker, also a full size refrigerator.

New flooring throughout is an additional bonus.

The studio also has an effective heating and air conditioning unit, as well as WIFI,  TV, DVD and CD  players, with a collection of DVDs to make your Bisbee stay comfortable and relaxing.

Both houses are fully furnished, and include all cups, plates, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels, & linens.

BisbeeRental. Com is the ultimate space for family or friend reunions or visits to quaint Bisbee, that focus on relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Together, both houses can sleep 6-8 people, maybe more if you include kids!
  • Then there’s the great deck that can accommodate a whole group to rendezvous and enjoy private, outside dining.
  • Perfect for outdoor fun – amenities that bring guests back time and time again.

You’ll love our spot in quaint Bisbee’s Historic District, conveniently located just a 10 minute easy stroll to the heart of the town that is lined with artisan shops, galleries and restaurants;

Its only 5 minutes away from a delightful local pizza place, local coffee shop and fabulous deli that carries a wide variety of interntional foods and even has a juice bar. Their ‘specials’ menu changes daily. Ideal breakfast haunt.

Circle K and gas is available just 2 minutes away and is open all night.

Then there are also many trails that you can take that start right outside the front door and lead directly up and around the neighboring mountains.

Bisbee is a unique western town. It’s easy to sit back and relax here. There are also many places in the immediate environment to explore.

The state parks are within 30 minutes of town.
The spectacular Kartchner caves are another exciting choice.

Fortunately, Temperatures in Bisbee are mostly 20 degrees lower than Tucson and Phoenix, which makes Bisbee a preferred place to vacation when it is scorching hot just 1 hour and 20 minutes away.

The units may be rented separately or together.

It’s a great venue for family reunions, mini workshops and spiritual group get-togethers with the large, private space outdoors between the 2 houses plus the expansive, open hardwood area of the front house.
